the welcome felt tender. plum, the guest relations officer, her warm smile created a pleasant atmosphere. the rooms were impeccably clean and reflected attention to detail. i also appreciated the excellent advice sandi offered about local dining, helping us savor the best flavors.
the shower room drainage was slow. this minor inconvenience detracted slightly from an otherwise seamless experience. it is important to address such issues to maintain the overall quality.
